I am new to zoom and set up an account just for family video calls a couple of weeks ago.  Since then, my contacts have received unexpected messages.

After initial set up, one contact received an email asking them to join a meeting with me - I did not send the email.

Today, I texted a contact and within a couple of minutes they got a message asking them to join a meeting. I did not send the message and when they tried to send it to me so that I could see what they received, the original text disappeared.

None of my contacts phone numbers are in my zoom contacts and my account is not set to sync with my phone book, but I do have zoom installed on my phone but am not actually logged in.

Is this due to a zoom setting or has my account somehow been hacked?  Concerned these may be phishing messages as I am not actively sending them.

Three Zoom accounts

Hi, I have three accounts for the same organization each account has a different user name (Email), and I wonder if I can combine them into one account like using one user name  instead of using three " emails " as user name

Thanks

Zoom registration report not showing name

I recently held a group using Zoom and went to get the report. The names and email addresses show up as “******”, how do I make it so I can know who attended the meeting?

The first three post are exactly my problem. We have the basic zoom subscription. Do I need to upgrade to have this problem solved.

Create meeting problems

Every time I create a meeting, the Zoom Topic section reverts to no spaces between the Zoom topic.  Also, each time I scroll back up to add spaces, the Zoom settings revert to basic (Like if I set it to have cameras on, it’ll reset). What is going on?

Enregistrement

Bonjour

Dans les enregistrements, lors des partages d'écran, les vignettes des participants sont affichées à côté de la fenêtre partagée. Je voudrais éviter cet affichage des vignettes des participants: comment faire ?
