We have four license holders on our account, which is primarily used for a daily AA meeting. We need to add two more hosts, but wonder if they can share one license via a shared email address, such as something like ***********. Is that possible?

I have a user who is attempting to share an iPhone screen in a meeting via a Windows 10 computer. They go into Zoom, then hit Share Screen, then hit iPhone/iPad. This always worked previously, but now has an issue. Normally, as we all know, this will show instructions for how to begin iOS sharing via the iOS device's control center, and allow the iOS user to broadcast a screen share session into the Zoom meeting. But in the case of my user, it simply says "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 0" (see screenshot). I tried having the user restart, and I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom for them. They're on Version 5.8.7 (2058) (64-bit). I tried researching Error Code 0 as it relates to screen sharing but couldn't find anything. Several sources indicate that Error Code 0 in Zoom is supposed to indicate an issue with installation, but reinstalling the client for this user didn't help. iOS sharing works for me and others on my team, so it seems to only be affecting this user. Anyone have any other ideas?

I would also like to know how contacting Zoom's support has been.
As far as I experienced, Zoom's support is a joke. They ask the same questions over and over again and say: "My apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry as we are experiencing longer wait times because of increased demand". I have talked to 3 different people and it's all the same.

I have a series of webinars scheduled for the balance of 2023. There are 3 poll questions associated with these webinars, meaning, each time I run the webinar, the same 3 poll questions are asked throughout each of these webinars. I want to change the poll questions but if I do that, will Zoom generate a new webinar URL for each of the pre-scheduled webinars? I do not want to affect those URLs as they are already set for the rest of the year. Thank you, CSM2023

How can I export the registrant details with the contact number as well? I exported the data but didn't get the contact number in that..
I have a personal account and my camera club also has a Zoom account. They are both a non-free account. We are not on the same account. When I log in as the camera club to schedule a meeting, I get an error message when I try to entire my email account as the Alternate Host. I forget the exact wording, but it seems like I should be able to do it based on the wording. what seems to be the problem?
