Can I record Zoom participants to separate audio files to the cloud when using Zoom for iPhone?

I was delighted to see the new feature in Zoom where I can now have each participant at a meeting recorded to their own separate audio file. I would like to know, is it possible to do this when recording to the cloud from my iPhone or does it have to... Show more

I was delighted to see the new feature in Zoom where I can now have each participant at a meeting recorded to their own separate audio file. I would like to know, is it possible to do this when recording to the cloud from my iPhone or does it have to be a local recording to my computer? I found the setting on my Zoom client when using my Mac computer, but can't seem to find any setting on my iPhone for this.

connecting from calendar

I used to be able to start a meeting from my calendar by clicking the zoom meeting link but suddenly I can't anymore. Now it says that zoom.us is not open even though it is open. I now have to go to the zoom client and open up the meeting from there.... Show more

I used to be able to start a meeting from my calendar by clicking the zoom meeting link but suddenly I can't anymore.  Now it says that zoom.us is not open even though it is open.  I now have to go to the zoom client and open up the meeting from there.  What has happened?  How to fix?

Resolved! Automatic Recording

I sometimes forget to click on the "Record" button at the beginning of the meetings, and so I miss the video records, although the auto-recording is on in the settings. How is it possible to have all the meetings recorded without having to click on the "Record" button?

error 1142 from Philippine

I am the host living in Korea and I gave my link and ID.pw to my student in Philippine. She couldn't get in with the link I sent her because of the error 1142. I checked my setting and I hadn't made a change since I got a pro Zoom. Weird thing is tha... Show more

I am the host living in Korea and I gave my link and ID.pw to my student in Philippine. 

 

She couldn't get in with the link I sent her because of the error 1142. 

 

I checked my setting and I hadn't made a change since I got a pro Zoom. 

 

Weird thing is that I tried with my other ID, which is just a free Zoom ID, and my student was able to get into the meeting.

So there must be something weird about my Pro Zoom ID, which I can't figure it out. I had updated to the latest Zoom and I even googled around to figure out the problem. 

 

And for the setting option, 

'Allow or block entry of users from specific countries ' was not even turned on and she wasn't able to get in.

 

So I enabled this option and made 'only allow users from the following regions: Philippine, India, South Korea.'

 

Funny thing is that my students from India can access to this meeting with no problem. 

So is there anything wrong with my account? Why is my student from Philippine not able to log into the meeting?

What is the problem here?

Hello. I am looking for some support with regards to having an "Alternative Host" for an upcoming meeting.  I am the owner of the account/"Licensed User".  I do not have additional Licensed Users on the account.  I have asked a colleague of mine to host a couple of zoom meetings this year on my behalf.  Without paying for additional "User Licenses", is it possible for him to host the meetings just as I do from his remote location without me starting the meeting, on the meeting, logging in & notating him as "co-host", etc?  Thank you so much for your help.

Video Crossfeed

When I host a Zoom meeting one of the participants has an intermittent video problem.  He is using an HP laptop Pro model with a built-in camera (screen model 15-BW018CA).

 

A distorted black-and-white version of another participant's image flickers in duplicate across the top of his image (see attachment;  identifying info blacked out).  This appears on his screen and the screen of all participants.  After a second or so a different participant's image appears at the top of his image.  However, the problem never occurs when he turns off his video and transmits his profile image.

 

Any suggestions would be welcome!

Recovering Old Recordings

Hi. I am trying to recover some recording which are nearly a year old. How can I do that?

These are very important work recordings. Is there anyway we can recover them?
