Hi. I am trying to recover some recording which are nearly a year old. How can I do that?

These are very important work recordings. Is there anyway we can recover them?

 anyone have information on how long these are stored and how to recover meetings?   Recently involved in a lawsuit and really need to access recordings from more than 2 years ago.  Is there ANY way to retrieve them?
