I accidentally displayed some confidential information for a brief moment during a meeting I was recording. Before sharing the video I need to remove that portion of the recording or black out the screen for a few seconds. Is there a way to do that?
Hi All, A bunch of co-workers in my zoom rooms are able to make a checkmark or heart right below my chat comment but I can't seem to do that with theirs. My zoom is upgraded and I use a mac. Not sure why it's not working for me. If somebody has already put a heart or like under someone's comment then I can click on that heart/checkmark etc. to add that same response to it, but I can't initiate a response. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am a new Zoom user and TBH, I am disappointed as two of my presentations were ruined by a flaw on Zoom. Basically, everyone can see my screen and my audio was fine. Once it hits the ~15 min mark, the mic and audio fails. I checked my audio and mic before my presentation and it works perfectly. Does anyone know what the problem may be? I'd like to support Zoom but after 2 failures, I am not sure if I feel confident using it again.

Hi, I am not sure how I ended up as host at our church meeting today. I was asked to record the sermon, which I did and when it asked if I wanted to save it to my computer or the cloud, I chose the cloud option. Now I have no idea how to find it. Could someone please help me. Thanks,

Im very new at this. We are a small board with new ZOOM access. Our secretary is 1000 miles from the chair. The secretary can initiate meetings and that is fine. The chair has been granted "admin" access to the Board zoom id. What we don't understand is what does that mean. Does the chair need to have the userid and password to the board zoom or can he login to his zoom free account and somehow have admin access to the baord paid zoom. What we need is either the secretary or the chair to be able to start zoom meetings under the board zoom account. The only option I see is sharing the account login credentials. Also if the chair is an admin, how doe he do any admin activity unless he has the board zoom login? Help

Hey everyone. Yesterday we experienced a big security problem in our meeting. I tried going through all the settings (in Zoom and online), but I can't seem to find a solution. I hope you can, thanks! For our meetings, we don't want participants to be able to unmute themselves during the program. Fortunately, there's a setting for that, which we used. Now in the main session, it worked, nobody was able to unmute themselves. But in the breakout room? Oh boy. A visiting participant kept (unwillingly) turning on his mic. The co-host had to manually mute him every time. Afterwards we did some testing, because we thought the problem was that we made the breakout room before we applied the security setting. But nope, if we made a new breakout room while the setting was turned on, it was still possible for people to unmute themselves there. We also checked if there are separate security settings in the breakout room, but nope. So like the title says: the security option of not allowing participants to unmute themselves does not apply to breakout rooms. Help, what do we do? Thanks!

A colleague and I use the same ZOOM account. Whenever she uses the account the verification number comes to my telephone number. This is not practical. Can the verification number be sent to TWO telephone numbers?
Hi,
At this moment we disabled Zoom Remote Control for all user accounts. Is there a way to only allow a select few (eg. when they are member of a certain group), like our IT department?
Thanks,
Rick
