Hello. I´m triying to contact ZOOM support but their answers are like they don't read half the message.  (sorry my english if I make mistakes)

 I use ZOOM meetings in my job and I make some private session in wich I want to alloy only resgistered people. But I have discovered that NOT registered people can access to that meetings with the ID and the access code, and it worse, ZOOM knew about that problem!!

Why didn´t ZOOM warn the users?!! 

So I set a recurring meeting with registration. People register and zoom sends an email with the link, the ID and the code. And if the registered people share the ID and the access code to other non registered people, those people can access to the meeting whitout registration. 

What can I do to fix that? I mean, I only want to allow my meetings the registered people. No matter how they accees to the meeteing

I've recently bought a zoom H4N and am having problems inserting & removing the plugs from the bottom of the unit.

I found it VERY difficult to remove the plugs on either channel.

YES, I did hold the tab down while trying to remove the aforementioned plugs.

They are very difficult to insert also.

Is this an issue with the H4N or specific to my unit?

My video is randomly freezing and turning me into a frozen polaroid kodachrome image.   Yellow and blue and green colors...this happened after the most recent update.  It only happens on Zoom and the only way to resolve it is to stop the video and start it again.

My video on a recent zoom call with 17 people was flickering after a few minutes and then froze. This kept happening over the course of the two hour meeting as I kept turning the video off and then on in order not to distract the other participants. I am using a Windows 10 on  a DESKTOP-UUMU1MR

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.47 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I have never had this problem before. Could it be related to my wireless service or proximity to the router?

When I choose a virtual  background image, Zoom tells me I should use a green screen (the image does work without the green screen box ticked off, but the edges are floaty). When I tick the "I have a green screen" box, the image shows up on everything BUT the green screen! My computer is new and way more current than my old laptop (where the green screen worked just fine). Why would my image NOT show on the green screen but everywhere else???  I have tried multiple cameras (I have 3) and same thing - no image shows up wherever the green screen is visible. GRRRRR!

In the past two weeks I have received a message stating my microphone cannot be detected. I have been using Zoom for 3 years without an issue until two weeks ago. When the message is displayed I cannot be heard and my Zoom controls freeze. I have tried reinstalling Zoom but that has not fixed the problem. Very FRUSTRATING!
