Hi all, just wondering if any of you can help. We are hosting a webinar tonight, with myself and colleague hosting, 10 panellists and an audience. I have done a practice run earlier and have set name tags and backgrounds up. Although I can see name tags, my co-host can't. The two test panellists could see the tags, but the audience couldn't. Any ideas on this one? It's a bit of a strange one. TIA

Hello, I'm new too zoom. i just bought an account. And i want to create multiple room with different links. I tried breakout room but unfortunately that's not what i'm looking for. Is there any way to creat multiple zoom links with only one account and assign each host to each room? Thank you

A recurring meeting no longer appears on my account, so it must have expired --I meant to update it--how can I reactivate it with the same link?
I am trying to set up my Zoom to be able to use a microphone and cannot see the Audio button on the left column to fix the settings. I can only see the Audio tab within my profile and it does not have the setting for professionals using original audio. What am I doing wrong?

I have personal free zoom account. I invite colleagues to join via email send; the session times out at 50 min. What is easiest way for all invitees to rejoin? Do I as host have to re-invite via sending them an email to rejoin? Any easier method would be appreciated!
