Error code 100068000

I am trying to host a zoom meeting, but it keeps throwing up error code 100068000.  I have disabled my firewall, but it is still doing this.  What can I do to fix it.  It does it through the app as well.

      Nothing has helped actually...previously uninstalling and then reinstalling could allow to start meeting for once...but now its messed up...idk how zoom has been ignoring it for so this long.

          Hola, acabo de solucionar el problema para un cliente que su PC tiene Windows 7x64, lo que hice fue actualizar Windows a SP1, C++ y netframework. Ademas instale de forma manual los certificados del siguiente link https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360044092031-Manually-downloading-TLS-certificates-for-SIP-based-devices#h_01GTJNNXWDNRJD4R6FJA0646VK.
