From past 2 days our users are facing a common issue. Some users are not able to join the meeting and some users are kicked out of meeting and if they tried to join again, they cannot join.
@Allowing participants/panelists to rejoin – Zoom Support
referring to the above link I checked the "Allow removed participants to rejoin", and then created a meeting and  tried the same, I left the meeting and tried to join again but I couldn't join.
I am using a Scheduled meeting.

I am able to join if I use the Join URL of the registrants and open it in a browser, But if I am joining using the mobile app, I am not able to join.

I have had no problems signing in as host for the past 3 years, but for the past few meetings, am suddenly unable to sign in as host. I can click on join and get in that way, but then am not the host. I thought the problem was that some people were arriving before meeting time, and I would get a msg that the meeting had already started. So I tried signing in as host even earlier, before them. I got in, but nobody else showed up. I learned by phone that they were all in another meeting, waiting for me! I could only get in by putting in the meeting ID, etc. and clicking join -- not host.  But how could there have been two meetings? I only scheduled one! Since I was not host, I couldn't mute others or make someone else co-host or host. Hope you can help, since I can't figure out how to get help from Zoom customer service.

I'm a new Zoom user, and I'm facing a quite strange issue: on an Asus VivoBook Laptop, with Windows 11, and with earphones plugged in, people can't hear me. They can hear me as soon as I unplug the earphones.

The really strange part is that I tested the audio in the settings, and both speaker and mic worked in the tests (hearing clearly my voice by the earphones)!

I tried in another meeting, and again while I'm wearing earphones, others can't hear me.

Help me please!!

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with the screen displaying the person speaking where there are horizontal dotted lines in front of the image. When someone is sharing the screen (presentation, or other file) it is all normal. I have tested also connecting via browser and it works fine.

I am using Zoom client 5.13.3 (11494) on windows 11

Extension of Basic Scheme

I need to do about 8/10 meetings per month with an extension no longer than 120 minutes/each meeting. Is it possible to do it on a free basis or at a lower price than The Professional Pack (which costs about about 140€ per year)?

Thanks for your response, however when I google this – I get this response.

I have a Pro account also and it  seems like I should be able to have a colleague in my company host a meeting.

Are you saying you still have to pay for each of these additional licenses with a Pro Account?

I can’t find anywhere on the site that addresses this  other than how to pay for another license. It does appear that every plan offered is only for one user. This doesn't seem to work well for a small company with one primary user and the need from time to time to have an alternate host.

This is the Google response:

How many licenses come with a Zoom Pro account?

9 total

You are correct that a Pro account can have up to 9 total licenses, but that is not the same limit for users in general. You can have more than 10 users on the account, but only 9 can be assigned licenses while the rest are Basic users

Change to EST

Does anyone know what to do when your drop down menu on your profile only offers GMT? I am an EST person. I cannot speak to a live person unless I pay more.  Does anyone have any advice? Thank you for your help !
