I post the URL to recorded sessions so anyone who missed the meeting can see what is going on.

I'm a new admin.  I go to recording management, find the personal room used to conduct the Zoom session.

I click on the button for "get a sharable link" and then post that link for students.

When the student tries to access the recording, a dialogue box opens and requests the passcode. [see attached image].

I was under the impression that the passcode was embedded in the link.

What am I doing wrong?

I have this issue on one system where  Zoom version 5.12.0 (99) crashes frequently in Ubuntu(20.04)Thin client machine if I update it to 5.13 it works fine. But the problem is in our office 5.12.0 (99) is the stable version that is tested and installed on all the workstations across sites. I tried reinstalling it without any luck and in the logs I see

Help! I have lost the ability to schedule a recurring meeting with no fixed time. When i click on recurring it provides a drop down box where i have to specify if this is daily, weekly or monthly. There is no option for no fixed time. how can resolve this? 

I am on a chromebook laptop, and I've downloaded the zoom app for chromebook, But i can't seem to find the arrow icon near my video button during meetings or video settings.. I want to mirror my video, but I can't seem to find how since I don't have an option to open video settings.

Hi all, I have some problems with livestream screen. I already tested before livestreaming however while streaming it was still unstable screen. And the quality of the screen was not clear so can you guys help me to fix those problems. 
And what if I recorded so the quality of video is stable again or what happened?
