I received a Zoom meeting request. However, I cannot join because I get the following message that I don't have a commercial Zoom account.

Sounds like the host of the meeting has AUTHENTICATION enabled for the meeting.

If you Require authentication to join: Sign in to Zoom is enabled. Once enabled, all participants are required to have at least a free/basic Zoom account and be signed in when joining the meetings. You may disable the authentication requirement by editing the meeting.

Hi @achobani , thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

@EBZoomer is exactly right! I recommend checking out this link (Zoom error message "Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to join. "). It provides a detailed guide on how to troubleshoot this message.

    I hope this helps!
