Hi All,

I have an issue with my camera settings. I have zoom on my laptop (MacBook) and on my Iphone. 
Recently, when I begin meetings on my laptop, the zoom app on my phone app opens and tries to access the camera from my phone as opposed to my laptop. Even when I close the zoom on my phone, I am no longer able to choose the camera on my laptop in the camera settings in the meeting: the settings are simply locked. 

Would you have any insights?

I have a basic Zoom membership but I've only  used it once, so my experience with Zoom is extremely limited. In a few weeks, I will be having a memorial service for my wife. There are many people that will not be able to attend in-person, so I would like to stream the service. I believe Zoom is the platform that would allow me to do this, but I have many questions. Please forgive me if I'm looking for answers that seem basic knowledge to others.

1. Part of the service will be slideshows and part will be people speaking. Can I switch back and forth between the two?

2. I'm going to attach a large TV to the computer for the slideshows to be seen by those in-person. Can I do this and still stream the presentation?

3. If I plug external speakers into the computer for music and other audio, with the audio still stream?

4. This is a one-time event. Can I upgrade to Pro for a single month, just to hold this memorial service?

5. Can people join the service without having accounts or installing software? This needs to be as easy for participants as possible, as some of them are even less tech savvy than I am.

6. Can the remote users participate in the service, and will their participation show on the attached TV?

7. Can I record the service?

8. Is there a way of logging the remote users that attend?

設定旁邊有個綠色燈號，我用了請勿打擾後，離開會議，我不曉得燈號的變化，關掉程式還會再變一次 這我也不知道，然後上線燈號又會再變一次，那請問我用請勿打擾有什麼意義？ 

就因為這個燈號變來變去，使得我跟我男友大吵架，他不相信我沒在任何一間會議室裡，他覺得我說謊：但我真的早就離開會議了，只是他敲我時，我把應用程式整個Command+Q 關閉，他說我關掉燈號又變，就是不相信我始終沒有在任何一間會議室裡，請你們解釋一下好嗎？ 我因為這個燈號的事情，跟男友大吵，到現在還沒有結果，我希望你們能給個解釋，因為我自己看不到，他看到我燈號變化懷疑了我：但我至始至終都是使用請勿打擾，請問這樣燈號轉換是什麼意思？麻煩給個交代，否則我跟我男友真的還會因為你們的燈號變化再次吵架！ 請你們解釋一下吧，謝謝。

I was helping a colleague prepare for a Yes Or No Project this morning. When he shared his screen I saw a checkered black box representative of the participants he had on his screen and of the zoom controls bar (audio mute video stop, chat etc.)  I am sure it is a setting but we were not able to find it in the time we had. Does anyone have a suggestion or knowledge of what would cause this problem? We can't fix it for today's presentation so he will muddle through, but we need to resolve it before the next presentation.

After upgrading from Zoom 5.6 to Zoom 5.7+. I have noticed a problem on my Linux machine. (Manjaro - that uses Arch Linux)

When hosting a meeting I attempt to share my sound and a video (I tick the appropriate boxes). Those that are viewing the meeting report that the sound is of a lower quality and is "crackly" When I open the linux audio mixer I find that the video's sound is not playing through the normal system "built in analog" setting but is playing " zoom_combine_device" setting. When I then manually change the setting back to "built in analog" The sound returns to normal. The problem is that everytime I play a new video the sound system resets to the "zoom_combine_device" and the problem returns and I can only fix the problem while the video is running. I have Pulseaudio sound server installed that is the regular sound server for Linux machines.

I have recorded a meeting on 13 of July but it doesn't save on my system a member on zoom created the meeting and make me host to record the meeting. I have click on record button and the meeting start recording but it doesn't save on my system i don't know where it goes. can anyone guide me please
