I have been unable to reinstall Zoom on my Android phone. I have tried so many fixes (clearing the cache, downloading from the website rather than Google Play, disabling firewalls, virus protection etc) but nothing has worked. Has anyone encountered this problem? What have you done that has worked?

 

I reached out to Zoom but they closed both my tickets and pointed me to this group.

Recordings going directly to trash

My Zoom recordings are delivered directly to the trash, not the recording folder.1) I have checked the settings and confirmed that I have NOT selected that option by mistake. 2) I am not at my recording limit as Pro allows 5GB and I only have 3500 MB... Show more

My Zoom recordings are delivered directly to the trash, not the recording folder.

1) I have checked the settings and confirmed that I have NOT selected that option by mistake. 

2) I am not at my recording limit as Pro allows 5GB and I only have 3500 MB in recordings

3) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom App from my computer to no avail

4) I have disconnected and reconnected Zoom integration with my teaching platform, heyMarvelous--this did not help

Any ideas?? This just started happening a few weeks ago. All was fine before that.

I can't give licenses to other hosts for some reason. I have 9 licenses and I want to give 7 of them to hosts, but I got an error message that I don't have enough licenses. I also tried to give licenses one by one, but on the 7th host it started giving me an error.
What should I do? Maybe I do something wrong?

Hi, I have several questions about using zoom on a cell phone as I’m having some issues.

 

1) I have the app installed, but I usually open zoom from a link that a Skool.com classroom (for zoom course I’m taking) has listed - so does that default to the app or the laptop/online version??

 

2) the issues include not being able to see everyone else on the zoom call – I can only see the one person that’s talking – which is frustrating. I also have to continually touch the button at the bottom to see the Chat- whereas on the laptop version, I can see everything all at once. Is there not a way to do this on a cell phone? 

3) when I try to react to someone’s comment (with a thumbs up or heart sign, etc.) and I tap on the message, it doesn’t bring up any sort of keyboard to do so. 
maybe it’s bc I’m on the cell phone/app vs laptop version of zoom??

Is it possible to share my screen while playing a video from an external drive?

I have a dvd that I want to play on an external dvd drive and share it on my screen during my Zoom meeting.  Is this possible?  I can only find mention of videos playing from my local computer.  Thank you.

Not receiving emails and can't contact support about the issue

I have tried to start 2 tickets and they get automatically closed and calling support tells me it can't find the account information i've provided. 

I'm not really sure on what to do now. 

 

I am trying to setup a zoom account on a specific email and I am not receiving the activation email. 

I have setup the account using an alias email and tried to change the email address for the account but I am also not receiving the verify email.

I am an admin of several Facebook groups, but when I want to be live in a Facebook group with a Zoom meeting, I only see a single group to choose from. Where can I add other groups? Do I have to set this up in Zoom or on Facebook? Would be very grateful for help.
