I have one student who is one of most dedicated to school, so I was surprised that he would never answer questions in the chat. After weeks of this, he said one day when I had praised those who had answered, "did you see my response?" I figured out that day that I never see chat responses from just that one student. Anyone have any ideas why or what we can do? It's super weird and frustrating and I can't find it as a support topic anywhere.

I teach group fitness classes in person but sometimes people join virtually. I usually play music for my class through blue tooth speaker from an app on my phone. The last couple of times I've tried to play my music while having a student on zoom, my music will not play through my speaker. It didn't use to do that. I can't figure out what has happened?

Hello, I am hoping someone can help us with this issue, as I have searched for hours on end trying to figure this one out. 

We have a Business Account with a signed BAA.  We have set up an individual account under the umbrella of the business and we want this individual account to enable the Zoom Automated Captioning.  I have enabled it on our main account, however the option is not there for the individual account we set up. 

We do not want each employee to sign a BAA with Zoom, as the BAA is between Zoom and our Agency. 

Can you please advise us how to get the automated captions enabled on the individual account?

Support has directed us to contact our Account Executive, but who would this be?  We dont have a Zoom Rep specifically appointed to us.

We have a Mac Mini being used in a dual display VC system and digital signage being fed to both displays. Right display is connected to the HDMI port on the Mac Mini, and the Left display is connected via an Apple USB C to HDMI adaptor. Image fills both displays as required  during VC mode , but when digital signage is engaged, the display connected to the USB C port on the Mac Mini shrinks the image, leaving a black border on all four sides. the only way to rectify the issue is to reboot the Mac Mini

Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Since my recent update, the video transmission (of me) is delayed, flickering on the top portion of the rectangle. I hit the video to turn it off and turn it back on and it is better but it can randomly start again. Happens on both my laptops since about a week ago. I've had the laptops in different homes, so different wifi - doesn't make a difference. Just deleted and re-installed - still happening.

Recently, something happened to my Zoom meeting, and every time I schedule a Zoom meeting, "Joint Skype Meeting" appears on the invite, although a link to the Zoom meeting is indicated next to it. I only want to use Zoom, not Skype. Can anyone help me to change the setting. By the way, my Zoom account is Zoom Professional, not Business.

Is this type of setup even possible? I've seen a handful of similar posts with no real solutions. We have a customer support group that uses a shared mailbox for an email address and we schedule various meetings with our clients throughout the year. Can you set up an account where everyone can access the account to see meetings that are already scheduled and to schedule other meetings (we use meeting templates a lot)? 

It doesn't matter if everyone needs a license or not - we are not looking to skirt any TOS or anything. I just need a central list of meetings and the ability for everyone to be able to log in as themselves and manage this meeting list.
