speaker does not appear on the recordings although settings

Hi
Although I've set my recordings to include Screen share and speaker, I only get the recording of the screen without speaker.
This happens both when I use Cloud Recordings or keep it on my computer.
I've also tried using the presentation as a virtual background.
How can I have the speaker too in the recordings?
