Hello I currently have a pro plan and i run à talent management practice! I use my zoom account to connect potential candidates and clients without my needing to enter a meeting per se. However, I would like to host 2 such interviews simultaneously as against just one. I was advised to go with a business plan and purchase 10 licenses, however I don’t have a need for 10 licences. Are there any solutions?

Hi everybody, I receive every evening at 7:30 pm an invitation to join a meeting that I never programed and cannot find a way to cancel it. It has been more than a year now and I have no idea what to do. It seems to be a recurrent meeting but I never programed it, nor did that Faustine girl program it. I tried to cancel my account, re-install zoom but nothing seems to work. Help ! Can somebody help me ? Here is the mail I receive : "Votre évènement approche ! Réunion Zoom de Faustine Roche - Le mercredi 31 mai de 20:30 à 21:00. Faustine Roche vous invite à une réunion Zoom planifiée. ⚠️ The Zoom Meeting Chat is broken!!
Two of the Zoom Tech Hosts on my team have discovered that previous chat messages disappear once you enter or come back from a Breakout Room.
For anyone who has been sharing instructions in the chat before you send participants off to do an activity, this has some very serious consequences.
My team put together this list of why this is such an important issue:
a) participants not being able to scroll up the chat history for important information or revisiting comments from people - someone you want to direct message maybe. In cases where it's a large group and participation is only through chat (no unmuting allowed), this would be hugely detrimental.
b) the feeling of 'I have to open, look at the link, act now' when something is posted in the chat, otherwise it's gone. Only after the meeting would you be able to revisit the chat history and access that information. More difficult to stay present and not be distracted I think.
c) creating more work for facilitators/tech hosts by having to constantly put things in the chat that have been wiped out.
d) sending ppl off to breakout room with no history or carry over of their prompt, instructions etc for their task.
I really hope this is just a Zoom bug and is fixed with the upcoming chat updates this month 🙏🙏🙏

Zoom installed the latest version of the application today. Now it does not see my camera and microphone. Went to settings and camera image is just gray. Text box under it is empty. Tried testing microphone and camera. Neither works. How do I troubleshoot this? Edit: Please ignore. Used wrong machine. Works fine on correct machine

This is a repost of an earlier message with additional information. ------------------ "View Responses" generates a new web page in which I can view my survey results in a graphical format. However, I can only print the first page, not the entire web page. How do I print the entire report? ---------------------- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION When I press Ctrr-P to print the web page I see this dialogue box. Note that it says "1 sheet of paper" As I scroll down this print window there an option to select which pages to print. I have selected "All". But only the first page prints. I then tried selecting a range of pages, "1-4", only to receive an error informing me the range must be between 1 and 1. So the question remains, how to I print All of the pages in the View Responses display? -------------------- Note: I already know how to generate a report, but that produces a CSV spreadsheet. I like the easy to review "View Responses" format. I am using Windows10, Firefox browser, with a Zoom OnePro license.

Hello, I just updated Zoom to version 5.13.4 (14461) and now there's an app bar on the right-hand side. Can you please tell me how to hide this? It's distracting during meetings and I'm not interested in apps.

This is my first time hosting a meeting.
Is there a button I push to share my screen?
Can someone please help? Every time one of my users has to start a Zoom meeting, whether hosting it or joining someone else's meeting, it forces them to redownload and reinstall the Zoom client. Running on a Windows machine using Google Chrome. As an online teacher, they are constantly going in and out of meetings, so this is eating up a good deal of their time. I've had them completely uninstall and reinstall without success. Multiple reboots of their computer haven't helped either. Does anyone know why this would happen and a way to make it stop happening? Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Haven't been able to find any articles or troubleshooting tips on this particular issue any where.
