My Zoom app is no longer syncing the meetings I scheduled on my Mac calendar. I've updated both the Zoom app and my Mac, but it's still working with my mobile app. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
Since my recent update, the video transmission (of me) is delayed, flickering on the top portion of the rectangle. I hit the video to turn it off and turn it back on and it is better but it can randomly start again. Happens on both my laptops since about a week ago. I've had the laptops in different homes, so different wifi - doesn't make a difference. Just deleted and re-installed - still happening. HELP!

Recently, something happened to my Zoom meeting, and every time I schedule a Zoom meeting, "Joint Skype Meeting" appears on the invite, although a link to the Zoom meeting is indicated next to it. I only want to use Zoom, not Skype. Can anyone help me to change the setting. By the way, my Zoom account is Zoom Professional, not Business. Thank you!

Is this type of setup even possible? I've seen a handful of similar posts with no real solutions. We have a customer support group that uses a shared mailbox for an email address and we schedule various meetings with our clients throughout the year. Can you set up an account where everyone can access the account to see meetings that are already scheduled and to schedule other meetings (we use meeting templates a lot)? It doesn't matter if everyone needs a license or not - we are not looking to skirt any TOS or anything. I just need a central list of meetings and the ability for everyone to be able to log in as themselves and manage this meeting list. Thanks!

I have a Macbook Air 2020. The HD camera setting cannot be selected, which is odd because I can do this on my Windows laptop and the setting is selected on my profile. See attached. Please help!
I am trying to set up a Zoom meeting that requires registration by participants. I do not know who will attend the meeting. When I go to Meetings, I do not see a registration section to click, "allow registration for meeting". Is this because I do not have a higher plan? I do have the licensed version of Zoom. Thanks.

Starting yesterday. Every time I attend a zoom meeting, after 20 mn zoom freezes. It starts with the video freezing, but the audio works. Then about 5 minues later the whole thing freezes. I have to log out and log back into the meeting. Then is does the same after about 15 mn. It did it at three meetings yesterday. All other browsers are working fine while this is happening. So it is zoom.

I attend zoom workout classes. I used to hear the instructor and the background music. Now I only hear the instructor. I paid for these workout classes. They are only available via zoom, and now I can't attend them. I do have a new computer, but it worked fine with the new computer for weeks. Then this week a pop up box came up that said "optimize" when I logged into zoom. I couldn't get rid of the box, so I clicked on "optimize" and since then I can't hear the background music at all. The music is "shared" by the instructor. I tried using the "musician's" setting, but even choosing "low" for the background noise filter doesn't let me hear the music. Is there an option to remove all background noise filter, as zoom was working last week?

Hello, I am looking for a cheap solution to running a hybrid meeting with a 5 person board of directors and a small group of physically present participants, as well as remote participants. I am using an Anker PowerConf speakerphone for the Board and that works very well. I want a second microphone for the physically present members to use when they have questions for the Board. I have a cheap USB condenser microphone which also works well with Zoom but I can't use both at the same time because Zoom requires that I select either the speakerphone or the condenser mic to be my sole microphone. I have read about using multiple MXL USB microphones along with an audio interface but that is too expensive for our needs since we only will have these hybrid meetings once a year. The speakerphone can be operated via bluetooth or USB cable. Thinking if I used the speakerphone via the cable, I could buy a powered USB hub with on/off switches for each port and could manually control which of my two audio inputs, i.e., speakerphone or condenser microphone, is the active one. I don't know if this can be part of my solution. One manual solution which would require no additional purchases would be to use Zoom to select the speakerphone when a Board member is speaking and to select the condenser microphone when a participant in the room wants to speak. One more piece of information is that I am using a DSLR camera with a wide angle lens for my camera and a Bluetooth speaker so that everyone in the room can hear the remote participants. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance for reading this. Larry
