Hi, does anyone ever answer the phone?  Is there any humans at Zoom or is the whole thing virtual!!!!! Someone pick up the phone and talk to a human pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Hey @Lauren6 suggest looking into the knowledge base article on Downloading the Zoom desktop client and mobile app. Or, are you prompt errors when attempting to download Zoom from https://zoom.us/download?
