Hello everyone After holding a seminar while doing cloud recording, when I looked at the recording, the screen sharing I shared was black and not shown. If anyone knows what settings should be set so that screen sharing will be recorded, please let me know. Thank you

Hi All, Forgive my ignorance as I am a die hard Webex/Teams user forced to Zoom. I cannot find where to customize the URL for my organization. It keeps telling me to go to Account Profile, but I cannot find anything about vanity URL on the page. The is a paid Pro account. Thanks

Hi, I've had a few people tell me their personal zoom settings (Quoting: It forgot my Zoom layout. Forgot that I don't want fullscreen on sharing screens, etc. And checking in my Zoom settings they do appear to have reset) were lost/ reverted back to default after their MacOS updated this week from 12.6 to 12.7 Wondering if there is a fix to this or is this an unexpected behavior for zoom now?

Hi All! We are using Einstein Conversations Insights with Salesforce for our call analytics tool. We are looking for a way to add a call recording consent page before entering a video call. Ideal Solution: This would happen at any point during the call. Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts about this?
Landing page before entering the call
If the customer chooses not to be recorded, the call will shut off the recording, and the call will continue.

I had a meeting today and most of the participants could not join because Zoom asked them to "log in with a commercial Zoom account to join."
And it was a product launch meeting.

We are a very small school currently working with a pro. Sometimes we need to have 2 long meetings (90 minuets) at the same time hosted by 2 different teachers (different machines).
What is the best solution?
Hello, I am having problems seeing the video when in a meeting. The other participants in the meeting can see my video and I can see that my integrated camera is on (I am using a laptop). The problem is that I cannot see any video - either my own or from the other participants in the meeting. I have checked the privacy settings and It set to allow access to camera for Zoom. I have had a meeting using Teams and there was no issue seeing my own video as well as from the other meeting's participants. I have also uninstalled and re-installed Zoom - no change. Software is up to date with Version: 5.15.5 (19404) So the video is working but Zoom is not showing any of the video feeds in the meetings. My screen is a solid black. It is a Dell Inspiron 7559, Windows 10 Education, OS build 19045.3208 - it is up to date. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, AB29
