there was a problem in which I can’t hear the interlocutors, but if they turn on the screen sharing and video / music there, then I hear it, but still I don’t hear the interlocutor. But they hear me

I had a similar experience. I was in a meeting and they could hear me but I couldn't hear anyone. 

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
