マイクが途中で機能しなくなります

zoomで会議を始めて、5分くらいでマイクが機能しなくなります。ただ、マイクのメニューで「外付けマイク」と「システムと同じ」を1～2回程度切り替えると、またマイクが使えるようになります。マイクが使えなくなると、zoomのオーディオ設定画面でもマイクは反応しませんが、windowsのサウンド設定画面ではマイクは反応しているようです。なおGoogle Meetでは、同様の症状は起きないので、zoomのみで発生しています。アプリを再インストールしたり、パソコンを再起動しても改善しませんでした。どうした...
