Zoom not connecting
I am a teacher and a bunch of my students can no longer connect to ZOOM. Appears to be just a ZOOM issue as they can access all of their other programming. They get the following message. Are there ZOOM servers down?

It sometimes happens that I don't see the blue name pop up at the top of the screen when someone enters my waiting room, and I don't know they're there until I engage my mouse on the screen. This is a problem because I'm a Yoga teacher and am often not near my computer when facilitating meetings. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? Could it have something to do with fact that my Macbook is on "do not disturb"?

I propose the following new function - cloud recording: For meetings (or Webinar) where users must register to participate: when the host makes the recording in the cloud, host can configure that the recording will be automatically sent to the registrants (according to the recording sharing settings the host has indicated). This saves host from manually sending the link to the recording.

We are testing the waiting room customization features with the new join flow and finding several problems. I'm on a Mint Linux laptop with plenty of resources and I've tried client versions 5.14.0 and 5.14.2. My coworker has Win10 with the similar laptop and a 5.14 client. I've turned on the new join flow for both of us. We each created a new meeting and tried adding images (47kb png and 211kb jpg) and a videos (3.7mb and 14kb). 1) I can't see the changed images or videos. It just shows the stock zoom image. I even tried waiting a while after the waiting room was updated before joining to see if there was a delay but it didn't help. I also tried updating to the latest client and it didn't help. 2) The Win10 client crashes and restarts when trying to join the meeting when the waiting room has video. Logos and images seem to be fine though even when he joined less than a min after I changed the meeting. Any ideas on how else to troubleshoot?

I added Zoom to my Slack workspace and now I can no longer access my Zoom desktop app so that I can change settings. Every time I try to open it, it goes to the browser and wants to join a meeting for me. How can I fix this?
Good morning, I currently have Zoom One Pro with only one user activated. If I want to be able to call two meetings at the same time, can I activate a second user while remaining in Zoom One Pro (paying for the second license) or am I forced to switch to Business?

Hi to everyone, i just had a zoom call with the link starting with "us02web.zoom.us". when i opened it i got the "join call" page, but ihad to download the client. the file had "zoom_###spgfpwfèaf+apds+vèg.exe (a lot of weird numbers and symbols). i didn't pay so much attention and i opened it and did the call. now there is my doubt: could it be a virus link? because the .exe installer file disappeared after installing (then i downloaded zoom from "zoom.us" site and it hada normal name and .exe file did't disappear. i hope someone can clear me because im afraid i got scammed

Hi I am trying to take the password off my Zoom room and use just the waiting room, but when I try to do this it says I have to have admin rights. I am the owner on the security settings and try as I might, I cannot work out how to make myself an admin as well. There are no other users. Can anyone help? Becca

We are hosting weekly live using Zoom meetings and we require the registrants' address details and phone numbers. We are importing past attendees using a CSV file but I noticed only the email, first, and last names are being imported and their addresses and phone numbers are being left out even though they're in the CSV file. The problem is that the address fields are required on our registration page. So if we import registrants where the only information included is the email and full name, they are redirected to the registration page again to fill in the required fields. Is there a way to import those other information from the CSV file as well?
