Earlier when I used to join a meeting having Passcode & Waiting Room options enabled it wouldn't ask me to enter the passcode instead it would route me to the waiting room (if I'm not provided the co-host access). But recently I came across a situation where when I was trying to access the zoom meeting link instead of routing me to the waiting room, it's asking me to key-in the passcode. Can someone let me know why that might be the reason ? Is it a new update ?

When trying to share a web page, the page I want to share is not available as an option once I click the Share Button.   Any ideas why?

I am trying to cancel a meeting I setup, but Zoom will not let me.

I created the meeting under a previous email address, but my company was acquired by a new company and I now have a new email address.

I believe what is happening is that I set up the meeting with my old address and trying to cancel it with my new email address.

How can I cancel meetings I set up under my old email address?

I have a paid account, and would like to set up a meeting the anyone in my group can access without me being there.  I went to security settings for my account and found the option to disable the minimum one security option is disabled and a message  to "contact my administrator."  I *am* the administrator of my account, and my account uses my gmail authentication.  Who do I need to contact to change this?

 

"Require that all meetings are secured with one security option

Require that all meetings are secured with one of the following security options: a passcode, Waiting Room, or "Only authenticated users can join meetings". If no security option is enabled, Zoom will secure all meetings with Waiting Room. Learn more
 
Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact your account admin for more information."

Hello community

 

after installing the Outlook Plugin and set Outlook to Autostart the user receives every day the same PopUp and we are not able to solve the issues.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall the Plugin, Outlook and Zoom Client does not solve the issues, are there anyone who knows how to solve this issue?

Please note thet there are other Plugins for Outlook installed that needs access but we do not have any issues with those.

HI guys, I recently conducted an interview in which I did a test recording to make sure the video and audio was recorded and it worked. However when I did the actual recording, I found that the test was in the saved location on my desktop but the actual recording I did after is nowhere to be found. 

 

Can someone shed some light on this problem?

Couldn't download videos

Please I'm unable to download zoom video recordings. The download will start and stop along the line. Please help me because I don't understand why it keeps happening

Audio/mic cut out partway through meetings

For the past few months, my audio and microphone will work completely fine at the beginning of a meeting but suddenly cut out. Both the audio and mic cut out at the exact same time. This has happened 30 minutes into meetings as well as 3 minutes, so ... Show more

For the past few months, my audio and microphone will work completely fine at the beginning of a meeting but suddenly cut out. Both the audio and mic cut out at the exact same time. This has happened 30 minutes into meetings as well as 3 minutes, so there is no standard time frame. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall Zoom with no improvement. The same issue happens with and without headphones. Once the audio/mic cut out, they do not come back. I always leave and rejoin the meeting, and they both work fine immediately upon reentering. However, the issue may occur again in the same meeting/link a while later. For reference, this is on my laptop which is a late 2015 MacBook Pro.
