My expectations were low to begin with, but this occurs on KUbuntu as well as ZorinOS, and the support and feedback I've garnered from the forum or online is not promising. I'm hoping someone can help to resolve this.

Hey @GeekDaD first thing i noticed was the generation of your CPU -- being a 3rd gen. intel processor (Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155), according to the knowledge base article on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements for Linux, without a physical green screen, you will need an Intel Core i5-6000 or higher, as your OS has an i5-3570K . Are you attempting to use virtual background on Linux without a physical green screen or with a physical green screen?
