Recording error
I have a problem when my student trying open the record video and gave them this message " zoom the media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported " how can I solve it ?

Every time we launch Zoom or end a meeting when using client for VDI we get the message "unmute your speaker or increase volume to hear other participants" Audio works perfect and also video. No trouble hearing others or being heard by others. I Have checked all sound settings and can confirm that volume slider is set to 100% on both recording devices and playback devices. No device is muted. Not in the VDI nor on the client host. We really want to get rid of the annoying notification. Why does it appear even though we don't have any sound issues? Is there a way to disable that sound notification registry or GPO? Zoom plugin for Citrix Receiver: 5.13.22610 Regards, Oskar

my video screen is black and the camara light is on, i can see the other person in zoom but they cannot see me
Good Morning, I am working with a client who utilizes Zoom to participate in virtual sessions. Recently while in a public Zoom meeting, the group was "hate bombed" and he was banned due to accidentally being identified as participating in hate speech. Him and the facilitator of the group have already completed appeal forms, but I was wondering if anyone has any idea about how long could the appeal/review take and/or if there is a another way to contact Zoom to receive additional assistance due to the negative impact this ban is having on my client's mental health?

I added Zoom for Google Workspace. But now I want to use my zoom link inside of Google Scheduler. I do not see a way to do this so that the link just automatically shows up. Any thoughts?
Good day! During the screen demonstration, when I click to optimize the video, the demonstration does not work. And if I remove the optimization, I show it. What could be the reason and how to solve it?
Earlier when I used to join a meeting having Passcode & Waiting Room options enabled it wouldn't ask me to enter the passcode instead it would route me to the waiting room (if I'm not provided the co-host access). But recently I came across a situation where when I was trying to access the zoom meeting link instead of routing me to the waiting room, it's asking me to key-in the passcode. Can someone let me know why that might be the reason ? Is it a new update ?

I am trying to cancel a meeting I setup, but Zoom will not let me. I created the meeting under a previous email address, but my company was acquired by a new company and I now have a new email address. I believe what is happening is that I set up the meeting with my old address and trying to cancel it with my new email address. How can I cancel meetings I set up under my old email address? Thanks,
