I can't get the audio to connect to my earbuds using Zoom, all other apps the sound comes out of the earbuds.  In Zoom mobile there seems to be no way to select the output device (that I can find) like there is on the desktop app. 

I always have to use the phone's speaker, how can I select the bluetooth ear buds?  In the upper left corner I see the little speaker icon, but I can only select mute or speaker.  I've seen screen shots of a bluetooth icon there, but I don't get that choice on my phone. What am I missing??
Iphone's bluetooth settings show that my earbuds are connected, and as I mentioned they work using Music app for example. 

I have my own small business that I work from home. Zoom keeps stating I need to update to latest version but there are no options for updating when I follow the prompts and click my profile to check for updates. My account doesn't qualify for live technical support and I have a zoom training session with a new employee in 90 minutes. Any suggestions on what to do?

Hi - I am hosting a meeting today with 100 attendees.

1. Registration was required and attendees received the confirmation email.  Do they also automatically receive a reminder?  Or will they get any type of notification?

2.  I want to resend the confirmation email to everyone (because I am not sure if they receive a reminder).  I open the list of registrants >> select all >> see the button to "Resend Confirmation Email".  Does this select ALL 100 registrants across the 8 pages, OR just the ones on the 14/100 on the first page of the list?  Do I need to select all registrants on EACH page and click the Resend button?

One of the attendees will be co-presenting with me and sharing her screen.  This is my plan.  Is this process the way to go?  I start the meeting early > my-co presenter joins early  >> She unmutes and turns on video  >> I give her access to share her screen >> admit all registrants into the room >> I introduce here and she presents.   Will this work?

I received an email last week saying that since my account was downgraded, they were deleting my recordings. I didn't realize that was happening and freaked out because my wedding is saved in there, and the computer I'd originally stored it on was stolen a few months ago. I've been trying to get in touch with contact and reading articles, but I can't get ahold of ANYONE. Apparently you have to pay money to talk to a person who works at zoom on the phone. How the heck do I get in touch with someone to get my recordings? They're no longer available in my account because I now have an unpaid account that doesn't offer cloud storage.
