From Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or "meeting link" before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.
but when checked with host,  he/she joined the meeting.

they were not able to see/view on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.

As a result,
We are requesting your assistance in investigating this matter further to determine,
Why the participant was not able to connect to the meeting, despite both parties joining the session.

Here is the configuration of the meeting I am trying to set up. The Zoom room is fairly large and has about 25 attendees (members). Members from elsewhere (global) are also about 25. The meeting will require any member to be able to talk and video to the rest of the members. To do this each member in the Zoom room, including the Zoom host, has a laptop (or iPhone, Samsung) to allow that person to address all others and for all others to hear, see that person. The remote (global) members also have similar equipment.  There is no general loudspeaker or video camera in the Zoom room. Members in the Zoom Room are seated far enough apart that there is no sound feedback between adjacent positions. The host silences all but the person speaking. Listeners flag if they want reply. Host selects and announces the responder(s).

Will this work? Roughly how far apart do members in the Zoom Room have to be located? I know the discussion time will be cumbersome but I see no alternative. Same happens in multi-person conversations anywhere.

Suddenly, I cannot join others' meetings anymore from launch.  I get the options to "download installation" (but I've had zoom for 3 years), and once or twice that worked.  Not every time.  I've had to join from my "browser" and it seems some things are then disabled, like saving the chat.  So very frustrating and I've been late to several meetings now.  Help!!  (I have zoom pro).

I've been a long time zoom user as a teacher. I set up lessons one-on-one and have since the pandemic. No problems. Used it yesterday, twice, no problems. Today clicked on my zoom app to set up a lesson and got a screen that said set up an account and download Zoom! I have zoom downloaded. Could not reach anyone at customer service. I do have a pro account. I tried to re-set up an account said you already have an account and then said download new version. I don't have Wi-Fi so will have to go tomorrow and use a free Wi-Fi at library. Any advice or hints when I go to library?  Will downloading the new version make a difference? Why could I use it yesterday and not today? Any help or answers I would greatly appreciate! Thank you very very much.
