Zoom 5.14.2: How to show the record, pause, resume, stop tools in the toolbar while sharing a screen?
I couldn’t figure out if there is a way to show the record, pause, resume, stop tools in the tools bar while sharing a screen
Our meetings are virtual group fitness classes that are ongoing months at a time. Occurrences only provide the opportunity to repeat 20 times. Is there an easier way to keep the meetings recurring indefinitely?

パソコンOS Windows11 お世話になります。 プロアカウントで使用しています。 待機室へ参加者が入室する際、以前はチャイム音が鳴っていましたが、現在はならなくなりました。 以下のことは確認済です。 1. 「参加または退出時にサウンドを再生」チェック入っている 2. スピーカーはオン。ミュートではない。 3.「待機室を有効にする」グレーアウトで表示されているが、チェックは入っている。チェックはグレーアウトではない。 4. パソコン、ＺＯＯＭは再起動後も症状は改善されない。 待機室入出時にチャイムが鳴らないと、入室したことに気が付かず、ミーティングを進めてしまうため、困っています。 解決方法をご存じの方がいらしたら、ご教示いただけますと助かります。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

We regularly hold company-wide staff meetings using Zoom in a large room for in-person and remote participants. Like many people, our presenters use PowerPoint. PowerPoint runs on a PC that is also a Zoom meeting participant and co-host. Presenters use a Logitech R500 clicker attached to the Media PC, so the speaker has control over their presentation. Has anyone run into this and know how to get a clicker to respond consistently on the first slide? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
One problem we have is that the first slide change always has to be done on the PC. The presenter has no control over the PowerPoint presentation until the first slide is changed using the mouse or keyboard on the PC. Once the first slide is changed, then the clicker works normally. This problem occurs when the screen is normally shared in Zoom and also when we share using the "Share PowerPoint as a virtual background" feature.

I don't know where to go and what to read to find out the following: 1. How can I set participants to NOT be on video and NOT be able to override this setting? 2. As the moderator, I DO want to be able to display portions of an Excel sheet and a small image of myself. 3. I want participants to be able to send and receive msgs from me as the moderator that are NOT visible to other particpants. Could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction? I have set up a meeting with required registration. When an invitee clicks on the registration link the zoom registration page comes up - and they fill out the fields - but when they press REGISTER nothing happens. The page does not lead to confirmation and the registration is not recorded in the meetings page dashboard. They are using zoom web platform. help?
