For the last 2 weeks when my participants join my meeting they get the message that I have another meeting in progress but I don’t. After I send a second link they can access he meeting but I now have to admit them individually. How do I fix this ?

Translation

When I use the simultaneous translation feature it works perfectly, however, if I try to play live on youtube the feature does not work. Does anyone know what to do?

i am trying share my screen in a meetings but this error is happening, i try many things and nothing solved the problem, i am using windowns 7 professional (32 bits), please someone can help me ? There is a service called "zoom Sharing Host", it always starts and then ends when I join a meeting, as if it was an error, help!! I am from brazil, my posts are in english to reach more people, sorry for any mistakes.

Mac laptop continually crashes during Zoom calls

Hi,I am using a Mac laptop with the newest OS - Ventura for my Zoom calls. I don't seem to have issues while listening and watching the call. However, as soon as I begin sharing my screen or even just speaking, my Zoom freezes and my computer crashes... Show more

Hi,

I am using a Mac laptop with the newest OS - Ventura for my Zoom calls.  I don't seem to have issues while listening and watching the call.  However, as soon as I begin sharing my screen or even just speaking, my Zoom freezes and my computer crashes.  In fact, I can't do anything on my laptop until I restart it.  I've tried everything in the support documents and sadly, I haven't had any resolution.

Suggestions?

Hi, I have a use case where I have sales officers joining our central verification team through zoom meetings.

There are multiple sales officers. 

I want to limit the sales officers join one particular meeting, if this count exceeds- they should automatically connect to the second central team-member's link.

 

Can you please help me figure how this can be set up?

No NDI Feed from Room Outputting NDI

When outputting NDI from a Zoom Room and assigning Active Speaker as one of the NDI sources, the Zoom Room that is outputting the NDI sources does not send its audio and video through the Active Speaker NDI source. All other participants are seen and heard fine through the Active Speaker source. If I assign this participant as its own NDI source then it is seen/heard over the network, but not thru Active Speaker source. I've tested this on two different Zoom Rooms with the same results. Is this a system limitation or am I missing something here?

Zoom recording not found

I hosted a meeting on zoom yesterday that automatically commenced recording. Guests received the pop up box to consent to the meeting recording. The red recording symbol was present in the top left of the meeting the entire time. I am unable to see a recording on the cloud or my local drive.

 

I have looked at other discussions which advise checking the trash can, I can not find a trash can to view in meetings, recordings, recording management in the zoom online platform when I am signed in. 

Can anyone advise? It must be somewhere!

Problem with host video / audio

One of my users had a strange problem yesterday while joining a hosted meeting via  latest version windows desktop client.

Here is a brief summary and i would welcome any thoughts. Thanks

 

  • All participants & host US based apart from my user in the UK
  • Host was sharing desktop / screen
  • During the course of sharing it was noted that the actual video of the host themselves ( on the right ) was becoming pixelated
  • The presenter/host audio then started to drop so that some individual words were not heard. This then became fully distorted.
  • All other participant videos were still visible ok on the right of the uk based screen
  • Other participants where not reporting any issues with the hosts video / audio
  • Uk left and rejoined Zoom meeting which was then concluded without any further problems

Is it possible that issue could lie with our equipment or link in the UK? Thanks for any input.

Using OAuth app setup Zoom Studio Cloud Recordings in Canvas

I m working on Zoom recordings upload on Canvas Studio automatically. I have tried but I'm getting errors while activating the  OAuth app. It's urgent to resolve my issue.
