Resolved! Recovering a Recording
I had a Zoom recording stored in my account on June 1, 2023. It has just been removed by Zoom because of the 30-day storage period. Would it be possible to recover the recoding? Thank you.

I had a Zoom recording stored in my account on June 1, 2023. It has just been removed by Zoom because of the 30-day storage period. Would it be possible to recover the recoding? Thank you.
I have several Zoom meetings filed in the documents section of my MacBook. When I highlighted JUST these meetings and dragged them to an attached blank portable disk drive, my entire documents section was copied unto the portable disk. If I try to erase the extra files from the portable disk drive by dragging them to the trash, they disappear from my internal hard drive also. What to do???

I want to link Zoom to Facebook groups so that I can livestream. However, it will only allow me to stream into my personal profile and my Facebook pages. Please can someone advise how to livestream into groups. I have followed all the advice and YouTube videos, which pretty much say the same thing, but there has been no joy with livestreaming into my groups. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I was wondering if I can somehow change the way that the cameras are set up on stream.
When somebody shares their screen, camera settings (on stream) are set to showing only one participant at a time. Participant that is showing is the one who speaks at the moment.
Can I somehow change the settings, so the video of all participants is visible on stream during screensharing?

Good morning, for a few days now, during some long screen-sharing sessions, flickering has been occurring on the PCs of those who receive my screen-sharing (as if old screens remain in memory and are constantly alternating with the current ones), the strange thing is that the mouse and webcam continue to work fluidly. If I interrupt and reactivate screen sharing the problem resolves itself for a few minutes, but then it recurs. I specify that I'm working on a MacBook Pro with i9, and I updated Zoom yesterday to see if by chance this was the cause of the problem. (I also deleted the cache folder). Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hei, when I am sharing the content, how can I disable the notification of the waiting room? (attached image)
I received an email after recording that said, "Your cloud recording is now available." (and the same for the audio transcript). When I click on either link, I receive the error message, "This recording does not exist. (3,301)". I looked in my iCloud and Computer recordings, and there isn't anything there. Could I have been sent incorrect links? This meeting was dated: Mar 30, 2022 01:29 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Hi all, Wondering what the implications are if the box to consent to recording a zoom meeting isn't clicked at all. Here's the scenario: Does anything happen at the meeting host end - do they get a warning that the user hasn't accepted the recording? Does the pop-up disappear after x minutes or will it still be there if the user returns after 30 minutes?
User has wireless headphones and uses Zoom on Windows/PC
User isn't at desk when meeting starts so never clicked "Got it" to pop-up regarding meeting recording.

I hosting the meeting but annotation tools is not available on my iPad mini 6. I have enabled the annotation feature in my account but it didn’t work
Hi. I would like to find out how can I organize a meeting that has two links, one classic for participation and one for monitoring via zoom. And how can I take it live on zoom? At the same time, I want those watching to be able to send questions to the zoom chat. Αnd if all these are not included in the package I have, which one should I choose? Can anyone help with those issues as I need to arrange one immediately professional meeting?
