I'm having issues with sharing my screen in a meeting. MacOS, Zoom client.

 

After troubleshooting to no avail, I created a new zoom account. I switched from my main account to the new account - same MacOS Zoom client. I joined a meeting and Share Screen works! I wish to get my main zoom account to be able so Share Screen (when I join another meeting).  

 

Why does it work under one account but not the other?

 

Is there some setting I need to adjust in my main account?  I have looked at the MacOS Zoom client settings as well as the web account settings - but I'm missing something.  Help please.

Sound not working for other person in screen share but only from streaming services

I watch movies with my girlfriend long distance and we have never had a problem but today no streaming servies will share its sound to her. We tried Disney+, Paramountplus, and Netflix. And its not a problem with the sound it self we can hear each ot... Show more

I watch movies with my girlfriend long distance and we have never had a problem but today no streaming servies will share its sound to her. We tried Disney+, Paramountplus, and Netflix. And its not a problem with the sound it self we can hear each other. And its not a problem with the browser as we can both hear youtube videos. So I'm just not sure what the problem is if its me, her, or something to do with streaming services

UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APP IN MY MACBOOK

I was advised to uninstall the Zoom app on my Macbook (Ventura 13.4.1), but now I can NOT find any place to download it again.

Searching for a future meeting by the meeting ID

Sorry, this seems like a basic question, but I can't seem to find the answer on my own.

 

I have admin access for Zoom at our org.  There is an upcoming meeting that I need to make some changes to, but all I have is the meeting ID.  I don't know who the host is.

 

Is there a place in the admin dashboard where I can search for future meetings by the ID?  Or do I have to figure out who the host is and find it that way?

How do I create multiple breakout rooms for only some people and have a group stay behind with the host in the main room?

Screen Share Turrned Black. Wouldn't Work, and Kept Kicking Me Out

I was conducting a masterclass and when it came time for me to share my slides, the screen went black and I couldn't share at all, and kept being kicked out. I had none of these problems during the day.

I'm the owner/admin of a pro Zoom account I have created for a group of which I am a member.  I am working on a Macbook Pro.  I'm attempting to import my personal contacts into the account via csv file.  It is NOT working,  I am saving it in Excel as suggested and then saving as a csv file but when I attempt to download I get a message saying "cannot download this file".  What is going on?  I've been at this for three hours now and frustrated.  What is the deal?  Why can't we just add contacts like on any other website.  This is ridiculous.  I am following instructions and they're not working.  Support is nil on this site.  I keep getting sent to articles that do not address my issues.  Can someone please help?  Thank you.

 

P.S. I have no idea which board to post this on so I just picked one.  Hopefully, it's the right one.
