Hi All, Got a client that is continuing to get red flashes on the screen during zoom meetings. It doesn’t appear to happen when using the zoom app but it does happen when using the web browser. I don’t seem to be able to find many hardware settings to mess with on MAC to troubleshoot. Anyone have any thoughts why there might be red flashes using the browser on MAC? Thanks.

I have been trying to go live on my FB group but I don't have the option on the drop down. I only have "to timeline" and "to page"? How do I get this option? Thanks so much!
When I try to open Zoom on my MacBook, I get a message that reads "Your app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please update to continue." When I try to update, however, I get another message that says "Unable to install updates. Error code: 10004." Can anyone give me some advice for what to do? Thank you!

I use a Tibet singing bowl regularly and used original sound, which worked very well for years until about a month ago. I have applied two updates in the last month and my client is on the currently recommended version. This week I was on three Zoom sessions when I tried to use my singing bell WITH original sound on. The participants could barely hear it at all, or only an initial sound but not the continued ringing of the bell. I tried original sound ON using both my AirPods and iMac speakers and the bell was not being heard correctly. I have read all the available audio settings descriptions and support articles. Any suggestions?

When in a meeting and screen sharing, the text annotations are not showing to participants whilst the host is writing only when the writing is finished and you click away from the text box.. It was working up until a day or so ago and suddenly changed. I have run the update and turned on annotation in the account settings but it doesn't seem to show unless I click away from the text which makes collaborative writing tricky. Although, the 'draw' annotations show up, the 'text' annotations don't. Would appreciate some support/quick fix please?

How can I prevent it from being possible to schedule meetings if there is already a meeting at that time?
I do not know if I have the right location. But my issue is first my frustration with Zoom customer service. I upgraded to Pro plan and know I do not get a human to talk with, but Chat is not working to solve the issue. I need easy. I have to cohost a meeting in one hour, but I need to set up breakout rooms but a certain name for each break out room needs to be listed in the room room. I am allowing everyone else to select each room. Also I am getting to different answer on polls. Can a cohost create a poll and launch it. If they can only launch it, how it that done. Thanks

Hello, i have an issue when i screen share powerpoint presentations. the first slide I show is fine, but after clicking on, the slides appear to get stuck and become patchy and pixelated. i have tried: uninstalling and installing the zoom app restarting my laptop restarting my internet connection sharing with the 'optimal view' clicked and unclicked in full screen and non-full screen mode. happens when I am in my own meeting and when I am in others meetings. nothing seems to help! any suggestions please? i have a Macbook Pro. thank you in advance

One of my users has been having issues with Outlook Calendar invites not showing up on Zoom web calendar and upcoming meetings. My users are mainly using Mac devices. I noticed that users who are assigned co-hosts to events don't have their calendar events showing up on their upcoming meetings. The events show up on the Zoom app and their Outlook calendars, but it does not appear on Zoom web. As an admin, I enabled bi-directional sync, but that still did not sync the one-off Outlook calendar events to their Zoom web calendar. We're running on O365 Business Standard licenses as well for Outlook. Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take to remediate this issue?
