chat disappears after breakout session

Hi,

the whole chat history dissapears always after breakout sessions.

Does anybody now that problem and maybe can provide a solution?

Hello,

 

This is a known issue and I have been told will be fixed later this month. 
The  reason this is happening s because you are using the new chat experience. 
To fix it go to your settings and turn off the new chat experience.

“Note: There is currently a known issue when using the new meeting chat experience, which causes chat messages to be lost when moving into breakout rooms. While Zoom develops a solution, we recommend those needing to utilize in-meeting chat and breakout rooms to disable the new meeting chat experience.

Hi there, this fixed worked for us for a couple months, but the issue is back and the Zoom interface won't let me toggle off on "new meeting chat experience." It gives me a strange (incomplete?) error box that says "This option cannot be changed because  - Enable continuous meeting chat"  

 

I'm including a screenshot of it.  Any advice you have would be most welcome.
