Random mic issues for about the last month

I have a Zoom Pro account and host meetings regularly. Fairly often someone in the meeting will have a microphone that doesn't work. If they mute and unmute it, we can hear them for 2 or 3 seconds and then it cuts out again. At the next meeting that ...
