Resolved! Two Large Meeting
I have two large meeting packages, one for 1000 and one for 500 participants.
If the other user and I are in the same meeting, will our meeting hold with 1500 participants?

Yesterday, I couldn't hear my clients during meetings. They were not on mute. My laptop speakers were on. I could hear Youtube and other applications.
Any ideas please community. I am on a MacBook.
Thanks, Judi
The cloud recorded order of the gallery view is different from the custom view that I set as the host. Do anyone know how to resolve this issue?
I recently upgraded my old Mac laptop and am now running Mojave 10.14.6 Zoom used to work fine, but now I cannot grant permission to Zoom to use my camera and microphone. I can see and hear everyone at a meeting, but they cannot see or hear me. Zoom tells me to go to my computer's settings, then privacy, and check the box for Zoom indicating it can use my camera, same for microphone. But when i go to settings and privacy, Zoom is not listed there as wanting permission. The box is empty as in the attached screenshot. So there is no way to grant Zoom permission. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks

I have used Zoom for three years without issue but for the last three weeks when I host a meeting the meeting freezes after about twenty mins and then it automatically ends the meeting and i have to restart the meeting and then it does it again about every 20mins. has anyone experienced this or do you have any suggestions please? Thanks

I have great lighting, high end cameras, and gig internet on recent macs with everything up to date software wise. The video during the zoom meeting is perfect, yet the recordings are blurry and look like I recorded on the worst equipment ever 😞 Tested with both Logi 4k webcam and Instalink 360 (high end webcams), as well as default built in mac cameras. Tested with turning settings for hardware acceleration on and off - honestly I have tested with every video related setting turned on or off.. so.many.tests. Is this happening for anyone else? Is there something I am missing here - what do I need to do to get decent video recordings?!?!?

Hello, Can you assist me how can I enable the feature Language interpretation. I do not see it in Meeting (Advanced). I am using the Pro version.
Thank you.
I am unable to send invites to zoom meetings in the future. The invite tab is greyed out. When watching zoom help videos on this subject, the same sequential screens that the tutors are displaying, are not the same screens I have on my MacBook pro? What am I to do. Sending an invite should be a simple process. Not clunky as it is for me now?

Hi everyone, I've been having issues with my audio for almost two weeks now, I have been trying every possible option I've found online e.g. uninstalling/reinstalling, changing to different audio settings, checking internet etc but whenever I test the audio in settings it's still cutting out. When I change the speaker to see if this will help, the audio plays fine for about 2 seconds then continues to only let me hear the persons voice but no music playing at all. I cannot join meetings efficiently at all! Now, even peoples voices are cutting out and this is even happening when I join on my mobile?! Can anyone please assist me with what else I can try?

I host Zoom Meetings in a hall for my Camera Club. We've had no problems when using my Laptop, but have consistently had issues when using a brand new laptop. Problems occur when a participant shares their screen, to show images during a lecture. With no "low bandwidth" warnings, the audio (voice) from the participant breaks up. We have noted some improvement if we disable any recording. Switching back to my laptop (2 out of 2) has fixed the issue. The club laptop is a good spec machine. It handles all other tasks well - photoshop, lightroom, etc, but not Zoom. The WIFI in the hall is good and clearly no problem with Zoom on my older machine. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated
