Okay. So, recently I posted to find out how to record both separate audio tracks and video tracks. (See that here: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Individual-audio-and-video-tracks-for-editing/m-p/120084#M68743) I'm so frustrated. Any thoughts?
I thought all was fixed except now, even though I have figured out where to find my audio tracks, when I download them, they are out of sync! I can put the Gallery view along with the main view and it all syncs up perfectly, but when I place the audio tracks in the timeline, they are shorter and out of sync. Even if I sync up one area, the rest is still out of sync.

I had a number of virtual backgrounds saved, and for some reason they don't seem to be there anymore. I was playing around with the studio effects feature, and when I went back to the virtual background feature, the only options shown were None and Blur. None of the standard backgrounds supplied by Zoom were there, and none of the backgrounds that I saved were there. Don't know what happened! Has this happened to any of you before and, if so, how did you fix it?

When I am on Zoom in a meeting when I sent out a Chat were it states From: it states ME ... How can I get me name to appear instead of Me. When I receive Chats from everyone their name appears.

Is it possible to have breakout rooms enabled by default for a zoom bridge we initiate via a service account ? Or is breakout rooms restricted only to hosts and co hosts only today. The problem we are trying to solve is have breakout rooms as an option for all zoom bridges opened by default during an incident. We use FireHydrant as an incident management tool and it generates a zoom bridge attached to an incident by default, however only the host/cohost can see breakout rooms, but we would like anyone to be able to see and manage a breakout room

When someone is waiting to join a meeting in my Zoom account, they see our old branding logo, and I have no idea how to change it. Been trying for weeks and just can't figure it out. We have a business account with 5 users and all are the same Help, please.

Hello, i have a room with 100 participans. What is going to happen if in a meeting will try to register more people; for exable 150 or 160. Only the first 100 can join;
I need 300 participants business package , But only one license . is it possible?. Currently I am forced to buy 10 licenses . I an not able to select one license.
I'm not able to connect to FB to educate my student about Crypto in our FB private group. Zoom keeps asking me to log in to my account, however, I'm already logged in, and I'm still not able to connect.
