I host a hybrid meeting once a month. I use a 1 XLR mic into a mixer. Then USB into a laptop running the remote meeting. I want to add a wireless mic for the audience to use because the remote people can't hear questions asked. My problem is getting the sound balanced for the remote people. They can barely hear anything from the speaker and if I unmute a remote person, they are extremely loud. I think I'm missing a setting, but don't know what it is. TIA

I have a Pro account and run two AA Meetings a week from my account. I am an elder of 84 and forgot to sign us all in two time in the last few months!!! That would mean 12 or so folks not getting to a what may be a life-saving meeting. I also use my account for Family once a week and a class on Saturday. I do not initiate these meetings...just the two AA ones. Can someone help teach us how I can have two other people (one for each AA Meeting) sign in on my account if I forgot or become ill? They will not use the account for any other reason. Thanks in advance for any help with this!

I have installed zoom app in Mac but it seems not let me login using my id. Every time it says that unable to connect to internet.
The past 2 meetings I have attendees have not been able to see each other when they are in main room. I (host) can see them and they can see me but no other attendees can see each other? I have had to make each one of the attendees a co-host for them to be able to see each other. I have not changed any settings and need to fix before next meeting. Please advise asap. Thank you in advance! Carl

I'm sorry if this problem was discussed before.
I'm pro user of zoom, but meetings that I need participants list happened two months ago when I had a free acoount.
Kind regards,

Hello Zoom Community - I host a zoom meeting account and under "options" it never allows me to add co-hosts. No matter what email I put it - this is the message I get.
I am running 3 screens and normally screen share on screen 3 while screen 2 (my main window) has all the participants in the meeting. The option in the upper left corner of the screen to allow zoom to not be always on top works fine unless you are sharing your screen. Then all zoom windows go always on top. So if I am opening an app on screen 3 for all to see it will normally open on screen 2 BUT you can't see it because it is behind the zoom windows showing the participants and there is nowhere to turn that off. I have to turn off screen sharing temporarily, then get to the window, move it over to screen 3 and turn on screen sharing again. If I turn off "always on top" how can I get that to stick during screen sharing?

I have been using Zoom for awhile but I have problems getting my Power Point slides to share with those attending online while at the same time having the slides projected on a screen in the class. I can get one to show but not the other or the slides to those viewing online will not change from the first slide. What is

For running a mixed in-person/remote classroom using OWL from a podium with MacBook running a Zoom meeting with the "teacher" who faces the classroom and not the large screen, which is off to the side and displays the remote users and, as needed, the shared screen. Why? If the teacher at the podium controlling the meeting with a MacBook could have the Zoom shared screen on one desktop and the remote participants on another desktop on the laptop it would be easier (?) for the teacher to focus on the MacBook for both the Participant View and the Shared Screen view views if they were on separate desktops, while being able to also look at the in person class members. I think this might be a better way for teacher to retain "eye contact" with remote participants through an extended time. Doesn't seem to be supported, but wondering if it could be. Or is this a pipe dream? Or is there another way to accomplish this same Idea? I can add photo of the classroom next week....
