Recording not found

I held a meeting and did not have a record button. A business partner did and hit record whereby the system then

asked me, the administrator for permission which I granted. Then the system informed all that recording was

underway.  When we finished the meeting we did not hit stop recording; I just ended the meeting. 

The recording is not listed on my local machine or on my cloud account. It appears to not exist. Could it be elsewhere?  Or did it disappear by hitting end meeting and not stopping the recording first?

The recording was made and saved on the business partner's computer.
