Pro account vs free account

Hi all,

I have a zoom pro account and my secretary has a free zoom account. I would like my secretary to book zoom meetings for me. The problem is that if she does this with her free account, the meeting will be limited to 40 minutes, while the meeting should last an hour. Is there a solution ?
Thanks
Christophe

Here is a link to "Prerequisites for scheduling privilege" and instruction in general.

The most important prerequisite that is commonly overlooked is that the sub account has to be added to master account. It can't be a separate account.
