Hi everyone,

I’m Darshan Hirannadani, currently working with a colleague on multiple polls for a three-day training event. However, I’m finding it difficult to scroll through the list of polls to locate the one I need. I tried using the drag-and-drop feature to reorder them, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to easily reorder the polls in the poll question list? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

2nd Attempt for Zoom Meeting Phone Dial In

I have Zoom Pro.  I live on the east coast.  I sent an invite to a user who does not have a computer or smart phone. 
They live in Nevada. They want to dial in by phone.  Which Zoom phone number would be best for them to dial in?

Android app requires giving Zoom blanket permission to record meetings

They hesitated when they downloaded the app for Android and were being required to give permission for zoom to record meetings before they could move forward. French user only able to join with audio only

I am in the US; this tech-literate user is in France and is experiencing a problem during individual video calls with me that I haven't experienced with other users in the EU. They use a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 Home, with updates automatically installed. They have been testing their equipment regularly before we meet. Here is their description of what happens:

"Zoom has never worked seamlessly for me for our calls:
 Initially I was able to activate both audio and video by going into the Zoom app and turning off, then on again the audio and video choices.
A few meetings  later, that method stopped working. But I was able to get audio and video by selecting and reselecting "audio" and "video" in a window that appeared when you arrived to the meeting and let me "enter."
More recently, that window seems to have been replaced by a window that asks if I want to join by audio. Selecting "no"leaves the window there and active and will not allow any other actions in any part of the app. Selecting "yes" immediately cuts the video.
 
I should note that before each meeting, I use the option in the zoom app to check all aspects of my audio and video--and all aspects work perfectly."
 
I welcome any ideas for managing this issue.

Hi! Seit wenigen Tagen kommt die Mail "Code zum Anmelden bei Zoom" nicht mehr an. Zoom behauptet, eine Mail mit dem 6-stelligen Code verschickt zu haben, doch eine Mail kommt nicht an. Vor zwei Wochen hat alles noch wunderbar funktioniert.

 

Ich habe bereits Folgendes geprüft:

- Spam Ordner ist leer

- stunden-, sogar tagelanges Warten

- erneutes Zusenden der Mail

- andere Mails von no-reply at zoom.us kommen weiterhin an

- mehrmals an verschiedenen Tagen an verschiedenen Endgeräten und Netzwerkumgebungen probiert (immer dieselbe Meldung: Code wurde an XX at gmail.com verschickt

 

Ich nutze Gmail. Auch unter "Alle Mails" oder die Suche ist nichts zu finden.

 

Kann irgendwer helfen?

Our company currently has a single Webinar license and the user assigned that license currently owns 2 upcoming webinars.

The user with the license and webinar ownership is leaving the company.

 

How can I transfer both the webinar ownerships and the license to another user?

 

Can the departing user transfer ownership of the webinars to a non-webinar user, then I, as Owner, can transfer the webinar license to that new user?

 

Is there a way to transfer the webinar ownership and the license, without losing the webinars and without having to purchase a second webinar license?

Bluetooth speaker not show on any device

Cannot use bluetooth speaker, either using android phone, tablet, or windows laptop.
audio button to change output sound is missing, unlike when using other speakers
Any update can not solve this problem.
I use JBL Flip 5

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have al... Show more

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference.  

I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.

Hello when using ZOOM meeting, interface stuttering is too much. I want to know if it's a problem with PC specification or if it's because I'm using free version. Zoom sound cuts off

I am using a bluetooth speaker for my computers and as I am in my zoom meetings I will also have another chrome browser open to check twitter or read news online. If a video plays on twitter as I am scrolling the sound will cut off on zoom. I then have to go into zoom settings to toggle speaker between my laptop and bluetooth speakers to get the sound back.
