When creating a new meeting, now when I select a dropdown the contents overlap other screen elements.

This is almost certainly a coding error on Zoom's end and nothing I can fix on my end. When is this going to be updated?

I need to record separate audio files from my meeting, but when I go to 'settings' and 'recording', there's no option to 'record a separate audio file for each participant' as all the help articles say there should be. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix it? Thanks.

Can can anyone help me with my echoing / resounding / reverberating sound issues? 

I have already tried everything in the audio settings , for example by changing the setting of echo reduction to high. 

There a bunch of other windows specific audio settings in zoom, which I do not understand. 

I am using a pretty professional USB-mic by Marantz via Desktop. 

Any help appreciated.

I can never  use my ipad’s apple pencil (ipad pro with zoom 6.3.6) to edit or correct while sharing my screen.  I can sometimes use it when other meeting members share their screen, but not always.  I need apple pencil to edit and correct and my only workaround is to take a picture of what I want to edit/correct and then share photo, that allows me to edit with apple pencil but is way too

 time consuming…  anybody met same issues?  thanks 

Hi held a live combined online meeting which I recorded. The online participants could only hear the same repeated phrase, like it had gotten stuck on top of the video and me speaking in the background (not audiable). The same was recorded. I reset the whole meeting, but the same happend.

When I've troubleshooted now with the same equipment it worked perfectly.

I've done this now for 3 years and it's never happend.

Has this happened to anyone before?
What happened and how can I avoid it?
Is it possible to recover the recording and remove the overlayer "stuck" phrase?

Hi,

I have this issue where during a Zoom meeting, the audio suddenly starts to sound crippled. On a level that I can barely understand what others in the meeting are saying. This only happens when I use a bluetooth headset. At first I thought the headset was the issue. I got it replaced by a headset from a different brand, but the issue remains. I don't have crippled sound when using the headset for e.g. listening to music. It also does not happen always. I can get the sound back to normal by disconnecting the bluetooth and then connect again. I hear from colleagues that they experience the same with different headsets and also only with Zoom.

Does anyone else recognize this problem? Is there a way to prevent the crippling from starting? It's really annoying to have to disconnect the headset in the middle of a meeting!
