no avatars found in the video filters

I can not find the options for avatars in my zoom. It does not exist. Whenever I click on video filters I only have the background pictures I have added from my computer. No other options are displayed.

My colleague had the same problem. The avatar feature could not be located in the Zoom settings.  It could be the computer requirements:
