Today I was holding a yoga class but my students couldn't hear me or the music. I tried changing every setting in Zoom and double checked my microphone and audio interface but to no avail.

I use an ethernet cable, so there were no Wifi issues.

I checked the recording but there was nothing wrong with the sound or music, so the problems were only experienced by the recipients.

On 2nd July connectivity was dropped in the middle of a class. This happened to all of us.

I have a paid Pro plan, which means I cannot raise a ticket or phone customer services. Additionally I cannot find anywhere on the website where I can make a complaint about the above in retrospect...only information about leaving feedback at the end of a meeting while still in the meeting.

Can anyone please help.

Trying to figure out a change made over my 2 year absence from admining our Zoom account.
The job here was to create a recurring series of meetings for public attendees that were required to register per-meeting to attend.

When was the all/one/one-or-more options added to recurring meeting registration?  
Basically, what appears to be happening is that if the ALL option is selected, a single registrant list is created for the ENTIRE recurrence. If ONE or ONE-OR-MORE is selected, individual registrant lists are created for the chosen meetings in the recurrence and added to with each new registrant.  This suggests that the intent of these options is that registration should be considered to be associated with the entire recurrence rather than individual meetings.

Stated another way, it seems that Zoom events is the way to go if per-meeting registration of recurring meetings is desired. Basically, per-meeting registration is effectively selling free tickets to a meeting - which is an event. The only other way is to create unique meetings with similar content.

Por mucho tiempo configure Zoom para que quienes vieran las grabaciones pudieran ver el video pero no descargarlo.

No se hace cuanto esa opcion se elimino y necesito que activarla nuevamente, sino esta plataforma no me sirve.

Como puedo resolver este problema??

I`m saving a presentation with  Power Point

I have some videos inside Power Point

If I press play in Power point and the videos run ok

But, if I share screen with Zoom and press play in the videos of Power Point, the videos are not running. How can I resolve this problem?

Firs time that it happens to me

Each month, I create a new meeting and each month, my invitees can not join via the link that I send to them via text or email. This is quite annoying and wastes a ton of time. This morning, it took over 1/2 hour to get all 8 of us on a call. Why am I paying for such a poor performing app?

Hi Zoom and community,

I would like to check if there are ways or settings to ID Zoom meeting participants for their attendance. 

Or are we able to setup the meeting for registered participants only so that we are able to track the participant attendance.

Reason being, the meeting participants report only shows the name and does not display the unique participants email.
