Hi, I am setting up interviews via Zoom. I do not pay to use my Zoom account. I set up the meeting with the individual and myself, but I do not receive the email notification that I have been invited to a meeting. Everything I Google says I should receive within 30 minutes, but I have not and its been over an hour. I have checked junk and spam mail.

Having a lot of trouble updating zoom. Keep getting error code 10004
What happens to poll results during no fixed time meetings? Say I use that meeting link for a meeting on Thursday and I launch the poll but I also use that link for a meeting on Friday and launch the same poll, what happens to the poll results? Are they deleted after each new relaunch of does it compile all results for every day it's launched?

My Zoom has been constantly disconnecting me from meetings (Up to 10 times yesterday) and my screen goes black and my screen stops sharing. This is very annoying as I am trying to do a sales pitch. I am connected to an Ethernet so I don't understand why its not working.

Dear Zoom's teams I am having busy days studying and working with zoom. But every time I join a meeting, the video from the host and other participants is laggy with low frames per second (FPS) (lower than 15), and the video resolution decreases to 320x180 After having checked the statistics, I found out that the meeting latency is always higher than 300ms and the average packet loss is >20%, Additionally , i don't see signs of running out of computer resources First, I thought it was my internet connection the problem, then I did a speedtest using speedtest. net, the result shows that my internet speed was above 30Mbps, I have used big services like Facebook, Apple, Microsoft,..etc normally without any problem Also, sometimes i got kicked out of the room for no reason (My friends and other participants too!) and Zoom said connecting....., i have waited for hours then it said "Unknown error" P/s: THIS IS NOT JUST MY SITUATION, LOTS OF MY FRIENDS AND COLLEGES ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM TOO, WE WANT THE ANSWER I don't know why? This decreased my experiences and i'm not happy with that!

I received an error message: "Some of your zoom devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance" I started the upgrade for each device a little over an hour ago, and it is still going. How much longer should I wait for the upgrade to complete?

I have just purchased a new microphone Shure MV7. When I load Zoom it defaults to my internal iMac microphone. When I go to system preferences and change it to the Shure microphone Zoom crashes. I have updated my software, updated the microphone software, ensured that zoom has permission to access microphone, rebooted Zoom, tested the microphone with USB and USB-c input, tested the mic in other application including Google Meetings to ensure that it's working, searched the database for similar problems and nothing solves the problem. Any other ideas???

Hello I use Windows 11 on my Desktop Zoom prompted me to update softwware today (Aug 9, 2023) - so I did. I've NEVER had the problems I experienced after the uppdate: 2 - Iniatial launch window showed my video would be 'on' - when I got into the meeting my video was off. 3 - When I tried to start my video - entire screen greyed out. I was able to see the speaker and hear the audio - but was unable to chat - or do anything else. Eventually (4 minutes approx) - the 'greyed out' screen returned to normal - but I still was not able to get MY video to work. 4 - I figured I'd delete Zoom from PC and reload software - when I tried the uninstall failed. So I'm looking for suggestions - or for Zoom to scrap this update and return to functioning version. TIA John
1 - Extremely slow ( like 3-4 minutes) before initial Launch screen showed up.
