Zoom worked Friday. Today it doesn't. Says I must update and to contact my IT department. No other choice. I'm not an employee, this is my personal account on my home pc. Now I am wasting time waiting for support to fix their problem. I hate Zoom company today.

Every time we start or stop a screen share, we have a member who's Zoom disappears and takes her to the computer home screen on her laptop. She has to click on the Zoom icon again to get back to the meeting. this is a fairly new problem that she has encountered. Steps she has tried without success: updating Zoom, Uninstalling & Reinstalling Zoom, trying different browsers including Chrome & Edge.

Hi- Recently something changed in Zoom. Before, when I would create a recurring meeting, it only listed the person's name and I could use that same link every week. Now, if I create a recurring meeting, it lists the person's name and meeting every single time it's scheduled. How can I have it just keep the one name and not create multiple? TIA!

We have a meeting room set up in our account where we have automatic meeting recording setup.
But I need some people to receive the notification email as soon as these recordings are ready, but I don't think where to configure.
Recently trying to join meetings from my MacBook Air by clicking on the link provided by meeting organizer gave me error code 1004, saying that I needed App version 5.12.2 or higher to join. I click on update and the error 1004 pops up, unable to install updates. Does anyone know what to do? I asked the bot but it didn't give me the answer.

my virtual background doesn't fill the screen ... the left and right are black. how do I fix that?
Since some days, I cannot insert automatically meetings in my Apple-Calendar (iCalendar). I use macOS Ventura 13.4.1. and Zoom version for Mac
How can I do it?
Why can't I schedule meetings on the desktop app anymore? I have a paid account and since getting a new mac this has been an issue.
If I sign in on my old mac I have the option to schedule a meeting. What is going on?
Is there a setting that will turn off public chat, but still allow meeting attendees to direct message (private chat) with each other during the meeting?
