Recording forever processing

There is a meeting in my cloud storage from 2021 that still says "recording processing." I would like to delete this from the account, but it doesn't seem I can do anything at all with it while it is stuck in endless processing. How do I fix this? Show more

Making zoom calls joinable via single click

Hi I've been told theres a way of making it so people can join zoom meetings with a single click which made me purchase it. However when I've tried this using the pro plan, unless they already have zoom it appears people have to click join via browse... Show more

Hi I've been told theres a way of making it so people can join zoom meetings with a single click which made me purchase it.

 

However when I've tried this using the pro plan, unless they already have zoom it appears people have to click join via browser, accept a policy and go through many steps before they can join.

 

Does the one click feature only work with people who already have zoom?

 

Also on a side note I can't find how to contact zoom support.

dropping out after a breakout room

I host some zoom sessions- 30 people max and after breakout rooms 2/3 participants get kicked out of zoom when their breakout room time is up- instead of it redirecting them back to the main room. This will happen to the same participants after every... Show more

I host some zoom sessions- 30 people max and after breakout rooms 2/3 participants get kicked out of zoom when their breakout room time is up- instead of it redirecting them back to the main room. This will happen to the same participants after every breakout room. Is there any solution for this?

lost connection

I have no problem with my internet. I've been using zoom for meetings for years without issue. This morning I lost connectivity 3 times during a teaching lesson. Anyone else having issues with Zoom? I don't think its a problem on my end.

Why does the Zoom app always want to download and install updates when I'm in a rush and already a minute late to join an important meeting?  Not so zoomy.

I've been getting some odd behaviour with Zoom that seems to go against what I would expect so i thought I'd post to see if anyone had experienced similar...

 

During video meetings I am frequently getting the audio dropping out and a notification of "your internet connection is unstable" appearing. What is unusual is that the video continues without any problem what-so-ever! Obviously video uses much more bandwidth than audio so I would expect the video to freeze, perhaps with the audio continuing.

 

I dont seem to get any other internet connection issues. I have a 100mb connection and can happily stream 4K movies. But even if the connection is poor - surely it would affect the Zoom video more than the audio? If the audio problem is related to the sound drivers or headphones, why would I get a notification about connection instability?

 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hello,

Since I've had Zoom, I've always been able to open the app, click on "Meetings," and select the corresponding meeting to join. (It is, what the Zoom instruction page still tells me to do.)

Now, suddenly, Zoom looks different, when I open the programm and all of my saved meetings (about 20) are gone. Where can I find my meetings? 

I was able to log in to the currently ongoing meeting because my students sent me the meeting ID. I hope I don't have to ask all my students for the meeting numbers and constantly type them in. Please assist me.

contacts not syncing since upgrade

Hello,  Since yesterday after the new update, I have not been able to sync contacts through O365.

 

I successfully added the account, but when I type the email on the invite, the email does not show.  How can I fix this?

cant use zoom background

i cant use virtual background due to i have i-core2 so sad why u had  to put so high requirement specs even discord does not use too high spec
