I have been using the zoom feature on the "slides as virtual background" screen share for a long time. So far, this has worked flawlessly on my Macbook with Keynote. Since a short time it does not work anymore. The following message is displayed.
Keynote works fine on my MacBook.
Who can help?

Sorry, my attachment is in German. It means "Import from "test.pptx" is not possible because keynote is not installed"

I noticed after my last zoom update that two strange things are happening with my zoom meetings and recordings:

1. the quality is markedly poorer than prevously using the same gear (Logitech 922 webcam attached via USB directly)

2. if i open the tool box or a chat box, there is a black box in its place in the recording

Anybody know why this is happening and how I can fix it. Pretty disappointing recording results.

3. Datei auswählen - Abspielgerät ist QuickTime Player

4. ein Fenster öffnet sich Zoom.us  Um die Audioübertragung von ihrem Computer zu übertragen, bitte installieren Sie das Zoom Audiogerät ....
Gib dein Passwort ein. Welches Passwort ist da gemeint. Mein Zoom Passwort nimmt er nicht

I have been using the same cellphone number for my zoom link for over 2 years.  Now when I create a new meeting and use that number, the link shows up with a lot of added text to the link.  See below.    I'm just concerned it won't work when I start the meeting. Was there a change to the system? Any help is appreciated.

When I use Zoom, I always experience complete system crashes, and even the mouse cannot move, but I can still hear the speaker during the crash while the screen is completely stuck. In general, after 5.6 minutes, windows will automatically jump back and continue to use. But this is really troublesome, so I have come to us for help

I keep having a recurring problem. When I open up my zoom class, I cannot pin myself until someone else enters the room. I try to pin myself as quickly as possible to make sure that I am recorded as the speaker alongside my shared screen but last week I was too slow and one of my students went on top. I pinned myself anyway and went on top but in the recording, it only recorded that student as the speaker for the entire recording so the whole thing was ruined. I've looked into the settings and I see nothing where I can set myself as primary speaker permanently. I had the same problem last year. There has to be something I'm missing otherwise this is a huge issue that Zoom needs to address. Could you please help? Thank you
