In need of help setting up and managing a meeting. Just finished a meeting that was a total disaster

In search of someone that is willing to set the meeting up properly and maybe manage it once a month for an hour.. Too many options in settings and do not know what, how, and why to use the settings. Anypne interested in helping an old guy make this happen. Any millenials out there willing to assist?
