multiple long meetings simultaneously
We are a very small school currently working with a pro. Sometimes we need to have 2 long meetings (90 minuets) at the same time hosted by 2 different teachers (different machines).

video not dispaying on my screen
Hello, I am having problems seeing the video when in a meeting. The other participants in the meeting can see my video and I can see that my integrated camera is on (I am using a laptop). The problem is that I cannot see any video - either my own or from the other participants in the meeting. I have checked the privacy settings and It set to allow access to camera for Zoom. I have had a meeting using Teams and there was no issue seeing my own video as well as from the other meeting's participants. I have also uninstalled and re-installed Zoom - no change. Software is up to date with Version: 5.15.5 (19404) So the video is working but Zoom is not showing any of the video feeds in the meetings. My screen is a solid black. It is a Dell Inspiron 7559, Windows 10 Education, OS build 19045.3208 - it is up to date. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, AB29

Resolved! Internal microphone not working
I have a brand new Asus Zenbook - internal microphone works fine with other applications, such as Skype. An external microphone also works fine in Zoom (I have tried 2 different ones), but not the internal microphone. I have checked all the settings, uninstalled and re-installed Zoom, installed new device drivers from Asus. I also talked to Asus Support and they say that "as the internal microphone works with other apps, the problem must be with Zoom specifically." Is there any solution from Zoom on this??

If I subscribe to Zoom Pro does it mean whoever I wish to zoom with also has to subscribe? I'm an individual and would like to not be limited to 40 minutes.

one of my users seems to have deleted cloud recordings and emptied the trash - any way to recover those

Can admins recover a recording after it's been deleted from the trash?
Also, does the admin get notified if a user deletes a recording? and permanently deletes it from the trash as well?
In need of help setting up and managing a meeting. Just finished a meeting that was a total disaster
In search of someone that is willing to set the meeting up properly and maybe manage it once a month for an hour.. Too many options in settings and do not know what, how, and why to use the settings. Anypne interested in helping an old guy make this happen. Any millenials out there willing to assist?

Resolved! One person's name is appearring multiple times in the meeting
Problem: I have everyone register for the meeting. The first-person name who registers name (for example A B) is being used automatically by people who come into the meeting. So, I can end up with 4 people in the meeting named A B. This makes it impossible to know who is in the meeting defeating the reason purpose of having people register in the first place. It could be people who have no Zoom profile account that come into the meeting with the A B name. Is this a known problem? How do I correct this problem?
