Waiting Room Customize Not reflecting on Zoom Apps

Hi, 
We have uploaded a logo and the details to the customize waiting room but we would like to update or replace for a new one. Done with the uploaded image for the new one and already tried the default but it is not reflecting on the waiting room on the zoom apps. How to do it?

    Hi, @ZachAldwin,

     

    Make sure your uploaded content meets the requirements on the Customize Waiting Room dialog window.  Normally Zoom will catch sizes that are too large. Look again at the Customize Waiting Room dialog window to see if it reflects the new image or video, and if not, try uploading again, paying close attention for any error messages.

     

    Also, I think at times it can take some time (maybe 10-15 minutes) for your updated Waiting Room customization to propagate to different Zoom data centers.

    I'm having the same Issue...have tried many times and Zoom seems to accept the image but it is not reflecting on the participant side
