Zoom Update Kills my Participation
Can someone please help me. I have tried multiple approaches and have been led to connecting with Zoom meeting by the browser which is inadequate. When Zoom updated I lost the ability to join my meeting on our regular link. The host cannot help me and I am missing my class. I called Zoom, and it actually made things worse. I cannot hear my host or participants. I want to speak to a live agent, but apparently I am not covered for that. I don't want to give up but I REALLY NEED TO GET TO MY MEETING> HELLP
